If you're here, I already know one thing about you:
mental health matters to you.

The fact that you’re investing your time, energy, and resources into conversations about mental health tells me that you care deeply about the people around you. Whether you’re organizing an event, a conference, a workshop, a workplace initiative, a podcast, or a community gathering, you’re choosing to create space for conversations that can genuinely change lives. And I think that’s incredibly powerful.

I have a special appreciation for people like you: people who care deeply about the well-being of their audience, employees, students, clients, or community. People who understand that mental health isn’t a luxury; it’s the foundation of how we live, work, connect, and thrive.

Those are exactly the kinds of people I love working with.

People who believe mental health deserves a place in everyday conversations. People who want to educate, empower, reduce stigma, and create lasting impact. People who understand that when we help people better understand themselves, everyone benefits. We really need more people like you!

If you are deeply passionate about mental health and committed to creating positive change; It would be an honor to partner with you. And I’d love to support you in that mission.

Why I Took Psychology to the Stage

I often joke that I talk for a living and in many ways, I do. Therapy is one part listening, one part problem-solving, and one part teaching people how to live a healthier, more intentional life. Speaking allows me to take that same mission and bring it to a much bigger audience.

As a psychologist, there is nothing more rewarding than helping someone create meaningful change in their life. Therapy allows me to do that every day, one person at a time.

But as much as I love one-to-one therapy, over the years I realized that meaningful change shouldn’t be limited to the people sitting in my therapy room.

That’s one of the reasons I started creating content online, and it’s the same reason I love speaking.

As a mental health advocate and a content creator, I have built a community of more than 80,000 people across social media who trust me to make psychology practical, relatable, and accessible. That community has reinforced something I’ve always believed: people are hungry for evidencebased mental health education that they can actually apply in their daily lives.

Speaking allows me to take that mission beyond the screen and into real-world conversations. It allows me to reach hundreds, sometimes thousands, of people all at once. It gives me the opportunity to share the psychological tools, insights, and strategies that can transform lives long before someone ever considers booking a therapy session.

Whether I’m on a stage, in a classroom, at a conference, on a podcast, or speaking to a team, I have the opportunity to reach people who may never step into therapy but can still benefit from learning the psychological skills that help us navigate life more effectively.

My talks combine evidence-based psychology, powerful storytelling, real-life examples, and practical tools that audiences can immediately apply in their personal and professional lives.

Cuz my mission has always been simple: To help people become their own therapists. Not by replacing professional support when it’s needed, but by empowering people with the skills, self-awareness, and psychological understanding to navigate everyday challenges more effectively.

When people understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and patterns, they become less reactive, more resilient, and better equipped to create meaningful change in their lives.

That’s the impact I strive to create every time I step onto a stage

My Philosophy: Become Your Own Therapist

Therapy is powerful. But the reality is that most of life happens outside the therapy room.

The conversations you have with yourself.
The choices you make when nobody is watching.
The moments when anxiety shows up.
The difficult conversations.
The setbacks.
The self-doubt.
The uncertainty.

These are the moments that shape our lives.

My work is centered around helping people develop the psychological skills to support themselves during those moments.

I teach audiences how to:

• Understand their thoughts instead of being controlled by them
• Build emotional resilience
• Manage stress and anxiety more effectively
• Break self-sabotaging patterns
• Improve self-awareness
• Develop healthier relationships
• Create lasting behavioral change

Because when people understand themselves better, they make better decisions, build healthier relationships, and live more intentionally.

And that is where lasting transformation begins.

A Psychologist Who Knows How to Teach, Connect, and Inspire

What makes my speaking style different is the combination of:

Clinical expertise grounded in real psychological science
Multicultural understanding shaped by working across Europe, North Africa, Middle East, and North America
Storytelling that resonates and makes people feel seen
Warmth, humor, and authenticity that keep audiences engaged
Practical tools people can apply immediately
A trauma-informed, inclusive approach that creates emotional safety

I don’t give generic motivational speeches. I create experiences that shift perspectives, spark self-awareness, and leave people thinking differently about themselves and their relationships.

Why Book Me as Your Speaker?

1. Evidence-Based

Everything I teach or talk about is backed by evidence-based psychology and years of experience helping people navigate real-life challenges.

That doesn’t mean boring lectures or endless research slides.

It means giving your audience practical tools and strategies backed by science that help them better understand themselves, build resilience, and create meaningful change long after the event is over.

Because good psychology shouldn’t just be interesting, it should be useful

2. Engaging & Enjoyable, Far From Your Typical Psychology Lecture

Let’s be honest, many psychology talks are packed with theories, research, and terminology that audiences quickly forget.

That’s not my style.

I transform evidence-based psychology into engaging, enjoyable conversations that people can connect with, learn from, and actually enjoy. I turn complex psychological concepts into simple, relatable insights that people actually remember and use.

People rarely remember every fact they hear, but they remember how you made them feel.

I don’t want my audience to feel overwhelmed or my talks to feel like a boring academic lecture; that’s why I like to use humor, authenticity, and audience interaction to create an experience that keeps people engaged from beginning to end.

3. A Unique Cross-Cultural Perspective

Mental health is universal, but culture shapes how we experience it.

As a psychologist living abroad, speaking 3 languages, and working with clients across Europe, North America, Middle East, and beyond, I bring a global perspective to every conversation. I understand the importance of making people feel included, understood, and represented.

I can deliver presentations in multiple languages to ensure your audience feels truly connected to the message.

Because the most impactful conversations happen when people feel that the message speaks to them; not just in their language, but in their lived experience.

4. Real-World Impact, More Than Motivation

I’m not here to deliver a motivational speech that feels good in the moment and is forgotten by next week.

While motivation can spark change, lasting transformation comes from understanding ourselves better. That’s why every presentation I deliver combines inspiration with practical psychological tools, evidence-based strategies, and actionable insights that people can apply immediately.

My goal is for your audience to leave with more than just notes and good intentions.

I want them to leave thinking: “I understand myself better than I did before I walked into this room.”

Because when people gain deeper self-awareness, they don’t just feel inspired, they become better equipped to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change in their lives.

5. Real Stories, Real-Life Examples

Unlike many speakers who only present on stage, I spend my days working directly with people navigating anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional struggles. This gives me a unique perspective that goes far beyond theory.

Through storytelling, real-life examples, and lessons drawn from my clinical experience, I bring psychology to life in a way that feels relatable, human, and memorable

Of course, confidentiality is always respected. But the themes, patterns, and insights I witness every day help audiences recognize something important:

They’re not alone.

Many of the challenges we face are deeply human, and hearing stories of growth, resilience, and change can help people feel understood, hopeful, and empowered.

Because psychology becomes most impactful when people can see themselves in it
