Helping you become your own therapist
Hello!
My name is Nada Nouraziz, but you are welcome to call me “Nada.” My pronouns are she/her.
And before you ask: yes, I know that in Spanish and Portuguese, “nada” means “nothing.” Trust me, I’ve heard that joke since I was a kid. But in Arabic, my name actually means “dew”: the soft water droplets that land on flowers in the early morning. A gentle beginning. A quiet renewal. A pretty fitting metaphor for therapy, if you ask me.
Fun fact: I do speak a little Spanish… just not confidently enough to do therapy in it (yet). But I can support you in English, French, and Arabic, fluently, comfortably, and professionally.
Who I Am
I’m a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist with years of experience supporting adults and couples through emotional and psychological challenges. I provide individual and couples therapy, primarily to adults predominantly online, working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds and life experiences.
I was born and raised in Casablanca, Morocco; a city I love deeply and that shaped so much of who I am. And as much as I adore my country, I always dreamed of living in an English-speaking place. So at 24, I packed my life, my books, my curiosity and my ambitions, and moved to Ireland; a transition not so easy that shaped both my personal life and my clinical identity. Today, I’m based in Ireland, working mainly online with patients across Europe, North Africa, Middle East, and North America, offering therapy that is culturally sensitive, globally informed, and deeply human.
Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles and self-esteem issues with compassion and clarity. My therapeutic style is integrative, culturally sensitive and patientcentered, tailored to each person’s needs. I’m also a sex therapist in training, supporting individuals and couples with intimacy, sexuality, and emotional connection.
🧠 𝐌𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞: to empower people to become their own therapists by guiding them through their unique journey toward healing and self-awareness.
Alongside my clinical work, I’m also a passionate speaker and workshop facilitator, delivering impactful seminars, trainings, and conferences on mental health and personal development. I collaborate with schools, companies, NGOs, and institutions globally. My speaking style is warm, educational and empowering, combining clinical insight with real-life application, designed to raise awareness, inspire, educate, and promote meaningful change.
From the Therapy Room to Thousands of Screens
I’m not only a therapist and a speaker, I’m also a content creator who genuinely loves translating psychology into something people can actually use. My goal is to make mental health accessible, human, and free of stigma, no matter where you live or what language you speak.
I create content about real mental health : nervous system healing, childhood trauma, relationships, anxiety, depression and the everyday struggles we don’t talk about enough. Because not everyone can access therapy but everyone deserves tools to grow.
I take insights from the therapy room: the patterns, the breakthroughs, the “aha” moments, and turn them into content that helps people feel seen, understood, and less alone. And that’s what I love most about content creation: It allows me to bring the heart of therapy to people who might not have access to it yet. I create because I believe psychology shouldn’t be locked behind academic language or expensive systems. It should be something you can learn, apply, and grow from.
What started as a small idea has grown into a community of over 80,000 people across different countries, cultures, and languages who show up every day to learn, heal, and grow.
Two Accounts, One Mission
I manage two social media accounts that reflect the two sides of my identity
@nada.nourr (on instagram and Tik Tok) my English-speaking space for a global audience
Together, these platforms allow me to connect with people worldwide who want to understand themselves, heal, and grow even if therapy isn’t accessible to them right now.
At the end of the day, it’s not about views, fame, numbers, or going viral. What matters to me is the impact. If one video helps even one person see themselves with more kindness, understand something about their story, or take a small step toward healing, then my mission is complete.
If one piece of content reaches the right person at the right moment, that’s enough for me. And if a single video can spark that change for even one person, then everything I do, every post, every script, every idea is absolutely worth it.
Because one insight, one shift, one moment of clarity can change the entire direction of someone’s life.
My Approach
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, and a Master Of Arts in Psychology.
Over the years, I’ve trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches, with a particular focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). But here’s the thing: therapy isn’t about fitting you into a specific model, it’s about finding what works for you.
My approach is integrative, patient-centered, and culturally informed. In simple terms, that means I adapt therapy to your needs, your personality, your goals, and your cultural background rather than expecting you to adapt to my preferred way of working.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. If a particular technique isn’t helping, we’ll adjust. If you need more practical tools, we’ll focus on that. If you need space to process emotions, we’ll do that too.
My goal isn’t to make you fit therapy.
My goal is to make therapy fit you.
My Philosophy
I believe people already carry immense strength within them.
Sometimes life experiences, trauma, anxiety, shame, heartbreak, or emotional pain disconnect us from that inner strength.
Therapy helps us reconnect with it.
My role is not to tell you who you are.
My role is to help you understand yourself deeply enough that you begin trusting your own voice, emotions, needs, and boundaries again.
That is why my core mission is:
Helping You Become Your Own Therapist
Even though I LOVE my job, it’s not my entire personality
I’m a whole human outside the therapy room!
Here are some fun facts about me!
I'm a travel addict.
I’ve visited 17 countries so far, and every trip feels like a reset button for my soul. Traveling helps me disconnect, recharge, and remind myself that there’s a whole world beyond deadlines, emails, and therapy notes. Give me a plane ticket, a suitcase, and a new culture to explore, and I’m already at the airport
Yoga is my therapy outside of therapy
When I’m not helping others regulate their nervous systems, you’ll probably find me on a yoga mat trying to regulate my own. Yoga is my happy place. My grounding ritual. My “I need to breathe before I lose my mind” practice.
I firmly believe life is too short not to dress up

Psychologist by day, fashion-lover always.
I've always been a bit of an adrenaline junkie.
I’ve always been the kind of person who says, “Why not?” before trying something new. I love adventure, stepping outside my comfort zone, and collecting experiences that make me feel alive. Skydiving is currently very high on my bucket list and knowing me, it’s probably only a matter of time.
I’m a Horror & True Crime Girlie
Give me a psychological thriller, a true crime documentary, a horror movie, or unsolved mysteries and I’m happy. I honestly don’t know what that says about me as a psychologist, but I’ve accepted it. I will watch a terrifying documentary at 2 AM and then sleep like a baby.

Why do I do this This Job?
I didn’t become a therapist by accident,
I became one because I’ve lived on both sides of the therapy room.
And before I became a psychologist, I was a patient too. I also spent years in therapy myself. These experiences are not the reason I became a psychologist, but they are a big part of why this work means so much to me. While I don’t believe my story is the same as yours, it has given me
a personal understanding of what it feels like to be overwhelmed, to feel stuck, to sit on the other side of the chair and hope someone will understand you.
One thing I often tell my patients is that therapists are not perfect. I’m certainly not. I still have anxious days. I still face challenges. I still cry, get angry, feel overwhelmed, and have moments where I feel low. That’s part of being human. And being a psychologist doesn’t make me immune to being human. I am human first, and psychologist second.
The difference is that I have spent years learning the science of mental health, understanding myself, and developing tools that help me navigate life’s difficulties. Those are the same evidence-based tools I use in therapy with my patients, share with my social media audience, and teach in workshops and speaking engagements.
Long before I was a psychologist, I was the friend everyone came to for advice, the one who listened, held space, and tried to make sense of things. I used to joke that for a long time I was doing therapy for free… now I just get paid for it. But the truth is, this work has always been part of who I am.
I’ve also been through a lot of things that shaped me in ways no textbook ever could. I was struggling to make sense of overwhelming emotions, painful experiences, and difficult chapters of life. As a teenager, I experienced depression and survived a suicide attempt. I grew up navigating my parents’ divorce, struggled with self-esteem and self-confidence, learned difficult lessons about boundaries, and experienced friendships/relationships with narcissistic dynamics that left me questioning my worth and losing sight of myself at times. I have also lived with anxiety for most of my life, and although I now have the tools to manage it, it is still something I navigate every day. Because being a psychologist does not make me exempt from the very patterns I help others understand.
Today, I use everything I’ve learned, personally and professionally, to help people understand themselves, heal, and build a life that feels like theirs. I am deeply invested in the people I work with, and I view therapy as a collaborative process. We are both experts. I am an expert on mental health, and you are an expert on yourself, your life and experiences. We’ll work together to help you make sense of them, challenge what no longer serves you, and develop the skills and confidence to move forward.
My goal isn’t for you to depend on me forever. My goal is to help you understand yourself so deeply that you can become your own therapist.
