With shutdowns followed by significant restrictions, chances are 2020 did a number on your nails. For many, regular salon trips gave way to head-to-toe at-home beauty treatments. Suddenly, we were expected to become experts on everything from boxed hair dye and waxing to manis and pedis, including gel kits and press-ons. Luckily, cool and creative manicures are here to stay in 2021. The best thing about nail art in this day and age—anything goes. For a softer take on nail art, look to French manicures. But instead of white tips, you’ll see more fall monochrome colors.
