Wet ‘n’ Wild “Rosé in the Air” Eyeshadow Palette Review

Wet ‘n’ Wild “Rosé in the Air” Eyeshadow Palette Review

Nobody can deny that Wet n Wild has some amazing affordable eyeshadow palettes. I can’t review all of them (unless if you want me to); but today I will be reviewing one of their most popular palettes: the “Rosé In The Air” palette. It’s a 10 pan eyeshadow palette that is extremely affordable, of excellent quality and has an array of shades so beautiful that it makes you want to grab it as soon as you eye it. So welcome to my honest Wet ‘n’ Wild “Rosé in the Air” Eyeshadow Palette Review.

As everyone is always looking for dupes of Sephora’s most popular palettes, Wet ‘n’ Wild “Rosé in the Air” Eyeshadow Palette seems to look a lot like the Anastasia Beverly Hills ‘Modern Renaissance’ palette. Instead of buying the Anastasia one for 40$ or I think 50$, you can buy its dupe for much cheaper, for only 4.99$. Pretty much every shade in this palette has a counterpart in the high end ABH palette.

Packaging:

This Wet n Wild Eyeshadow palette comes in a pretty black container with a clear lid. The palette does not come with any applicator or mirror (I mean with 5$, this is what you get). This palette is small, lightweight, and travel-friendly. I also like that they have mentioned the shades and how to apply in the back. So, it is basically good for beginners to understand and they can easily create a look according to their description on the back of this container.

Shades and Pigmentation:

Now, this palette is a mix of warm-toned neutrals and a pop of mauve and berry. The mattes performed better than the shimmers, which was a good thing since most of the shades in this palette were matte. These shades are very trendy and colorful and with them, you can create various looks. These shades are well pigmented and require a few swipes get the true color on eyes. They look beautiful and bright as well.

Texture and Quality:

All the shadows have very soft and smooth texture that blends effortlessly on eyes. They never feel patchy or powdery and blend easily with a light hand. The shimmer in these shadows does not look over the top. All these shades apply flawlessly on the lids and don’t feel patchy or dry at all.

Overall, I really like this palette. Not just because it’s very similar to Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette, but also you will get it at a super affordable price. Moreover, the quality of the shadows is very nice, and there is a variety of shades that you can use this palette to create soft neutral look for work or you can create festive looks combining the bright shades and the shimmers. If you are a person who hates buying a lot of makeup; then this palette is a perfect drugstore option for you. Beginners to makeup can buy this palette as this is all you need to create an entire look.

It is also great for travelling with as it is compact (you can pop it in your handbag). I take this with me whenever I’m traveling and let me say that it saved my life (my eyes, shall I say hhhh). It’s really practical! I definitely recommend it to you. Go for it. You will not regret it!
