Top 5 dream destinations of 2020

Some of these dream destinations have been on my wish list for a long time. In fact, a lot of you have been wanting to go to these destinations too. From relaxing on the beaches of Bali to cruising the rivers of Europe, these are the top 5 dream destinations of 2020.

Here are the top 5 dream destinations of 2020

1.Bali, Indonesia

It’s hard to resist the pull of tropical Bali—and with a wealth of new hotels and cruise options on our radar in Indonesia this year, there’s little reason not to give in. Spend your days sunning on the beach, toes dug into the sand, or peeking into the island’s UNESCO-protected string of temples. If you’re feeling especially ambitious, explore beyond the island’s sun-kissed shores for a glimpse of the archipelago nation’s other treasures, like Wakatobi, a luxury diving reserve off the coast of Sulawesi, or Lake Toba in North Sumatra (if your version of ‘outdoorsy’ doesn’t necessitate someone fanning you by the pool, that is).

2. Maldives

Maldives is more of a decadent destination full of luxury and relaxation. Over water bungalows, numerous snorkeling sites, and incredible beaches put the islands of the Maldives on my list. (maybe yours too)

3. Greece

From ancient ruins, incredible beaches and gorgeous architecture Greece has so much to offer.

4. Bora Bora, French Polynesia

Bora Bora was recently awarded the title of “the best island in the world” by U.S. News & World Report. The island’s isolation in the South Pacific makes for both a serine and stunning vacation as well as an extremely expensive trip. Bora Bora’s tropical climate and crystal clear waters make it a no-brainer on the fantasy list, with 26 percent of respondents placing it in their top spot. But don’t get too excited, once you get there, local resorts like the Four Seasons Bora Bora can cost as much as $5,000 per night.

5. Iceland

A nature lover and photographers dream destination.  We want to backpack, explore ice caves, visit waterfalls, and relax in the Blue Lagoon. I think we will have to visit in the winter for Northern Lights and in the summer for backpacking.
